This Band Mill with a cant return system features:

• 30 HP 460 volt 3 phase with hydraulic feed band mill

• has 36 inch wheels

• thin kurf blade

• self contained with electrical reversible infeed

• blade guides for width

• fully adjustable for thickness

The feed works are hydraulically controlled with in & out press rolls and a hydraulic controlled outfeed belt. It can accommodate up to 12 inches wide on the merry-go-round return belt, taking cants or lumber for resaw back to band mill infeed deck. Transfer return on - off allows cants to be returned when you need them.

The outfeed belt goes to a reversible landing table where it is transferred to a 40 foot long sort table. The table has a 4 foot nylon belt for short stack and four 6 inch nylon belts. It has a geared speed reducer run by an electric motor with foot controlled on - off and and a forward reverse control.

It has it's own main electrical disconnect, it's own drive motor on - off control and it's own hydraulic feed motor on - off. You have a motor control center at your fingertips for all mill functions.
